All orders must be reviewed and approved by the customer before production begins. Once a design, mockup, or proof is approved, PURE PRINTS is not responsible for errors including spelling, design placement, color selection, or incorrect information supplied by the customer.

3. Payment

Full payment or an agreed deposit is required before production begins unless otherwise arranged in writing. Orders will not be processed until payment is received.

4. Production Time

All production times are estimates and may vary depending on order size, material availability, and workload. PURE PRINTS is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, suppliers, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Intellectual Property

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have legal rights to any artwork, logos, or content submitted. PURE PRINTS is not liable for copyright or trademark infringement submitted by customers.

6. Right to Refuse Service

PURE PRINTS reserves the right to refuse any order containing offensive, illegal, copyrighted, or inappropriate content.

7. Limitation of Liability

PURE PRINTS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our services or products.
