DTG printing is the way to go if you want a t-shirt with an elaborate design and tons of colors. While other printing methods limit the amount of colors in your design, DTG can handle a virtually limitless color palette.
Fast. Capable of printing highly detailed images, like photographs
The only real limitation of DTG is that only one shirt can be printed at a time, so it’s not suitable for large orders.
Screen Printing is the way to go if you want a cost-effective way of printing large numbers of shirts.

Screen printing is the most common method for printing a custom t-shirt. This tried-and-true practice involves us creating multiple physical screens of your design, one for each color, and then using a squeegee to push ink onto the garment through these screens. Due to its versatility, screen printing is the industry standard technique in the t-shirt printing business. It offers many different ways to make a really special custom printed shirt.

EMBROIDERY

Digitizing is the process of converting your design into a format that an embroidery machine can read.
Embroidery machines are complex pieces of equipment. They don’t deal with standard image files like JPEGs or PNGs or even vector files. Embroidery machines require specialized files that contain digital instructions on how the machine should stitch your logo into the fabric of your choice.
