Refund Policy

REFUND POLICY – PURE PRINTS

1. Custom Products

All PURE PRINTS products are custom-made. Because of this, all sales are final once production has started.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds or replacements are only offered if:

  • The product has a printing or production error caused by PURE PRINTS

  • The wrong item was produced due to our mistake

  • The order cannot be completed as agreed

3. Proof Approval

Customers are required to approve all designs before production. Once approved, PURE PRINTS is not responsible for design-related errors.

4. Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations are not permitted.

5. Issue Reporting

Any issues must be reported within 5 business days of receiving your order. After this period, we may not be able to offer a replacement or resolution.

6. Resolution

If an issue is verified, PURE PRINTS will provide a replacement, correction, or store credit depending on the situation.
