1. Processing Time

All orders require production time before shipping. Standard production time is typically 5–10 business days after final approval, depending on order size and complexity.

2. Shipping Methods

We ship using trusted carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery. Tracking information is provided once your order has shipped.

3. Delivery Times

Delivery times vary based on location and carrier performance. PURE PRINTS is not responsible for shipping delays once the package has been handed over to the carrier.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on order size, weight, destination, and selected shipping method.

5. Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. PURE PRINTS is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier. We will assist in filing claims where possible but cannot guarantee replacement of lost packages.

7. International Shipping

If offered, international shipping may be subject to additional fees, customs charges, and longer delivery times.
